JUDGMENT In A Criminal Case. Date of Imposition of Judgment: 12/22/2015. Defendant Galen Marsh (1) pleaded guilty to Count(s) 1. PROBATION: 36 months. The defendant shall not possess a firearm, ammunition, destructive device, or any other dangerous weapon. The defendant shall cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by the probation officer. Additional Probation Terms: 1. The defendant shall report to the probation officer at least once a month and be prepared to produce whatever is requested. 2. The defendant shall provide the probation officer with access to any requested financial information. 3. The defendant is to report to the nearest Probation Office immediately. 4. The defendant shall be supervised by the district of residence. ASSESSMENT: $100.00. RESTITUTION: $600,000.00. The court determined that the defendant does not have the ability to pay interest and it is ordered that: the interest requirement is waived for the restitution. Special instructions regarding the payment of criminal monetary penalties: The restitution shall be paid in monthly installments of 15% of the defendant's gross monthly income over a period of supervision to commence 30 days after probation begins. The defendant shall notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of mailing or residence address that occurs while any portion of the restitution remains unpaid. The defendant shall forfeit the defendant's interest in the following property to the United States: The defendant shall forfeit proceeds traceable to, or derived from the offense, as set out in the Final Order of Forfeiture and on page 6 of this Judgment.
