I, Shannon Liss-Riordan, apply for admission to practice before this court pro hac vice, in
order to represent Plaintiffs Barry Taranto, Meryl Branch-McTiernan, Guy Gottlieb, and Kelly
Keyser, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, in this action. In support of
this application, I state the following:

practice of law in California. I have been retained by the Plaintiffs Barry Taranto, Meryl
Branch-McTiernan, Guy Gottlieb, and Kelly Keyser, individually and on behalf of all others
similarly situated to appear in this action.
2. 1 was admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts in 1999 and the State of New York in 1999. ] was admitted to practice before the
United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1999, I was admitted to practice
before the United States Courts of Appeals for the First Circuit in 2001, the District of Columbia
in 2008, the Second Circuit in 2011, the Third Circuit in 2013, the Ninth Circuit in 2013, and
the Seventh Circuil in 2015. I was also admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 2011. I
ain currently a member in good standing in such courts.
3. I have not been suspended or disbarred in any court.
