Keyser, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, in this action. In support off

practice of law in California. I have been retained by the Plaintiffs Barry Taranto, Meryl
Branch-McTiernan, Guy Gottlieb, and Kelly Keyser, individually and on behalf of all others
similarly situated to appear in this action.
2. I was admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts in 1999 and the State of New York in 1999. I was admitted io practice before the
United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1999. I was also admitted to
practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 2001 and the United
States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia in 2008. I am currently a member in good
standing in such courts.
3. T have not been suspended or disbarred in any court.
