order to represent Plaintiffs Barry Taranto, Meryl Branch-McTiernan, Guy Gottlieb, and Kelly
Keyser, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated in this action. In support of
this application, I state the following:

engaged in the practice of law in California. I have been retained by the Plaintiffs Barry Taranto,
