The dft. shall surrender for service of sentence at the institution designated by the BOP before 2:00 pm on 11/27/02. Supervised Release: 36 months. The dft. shall not possess a firearm. The dft. is to pay the balance of the fine according to a court ordered repayment schedule. The dft. is prohibited from incurring new credit charges or opening additional lines of credit without the approval of the US Probation officer unless the dft. is in compoliance with the payment schedule. The dft. is to provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information. The dft. is to cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by the probation officer, as he has a prior qualifying federal conviction.
