Deft. plead guilty to counts 1-29...the deft. is hereby committed to the custody of the USBOP to be imprisoned for a term of 12 months...12 months and 1 day...to be served concurrently...The Court makes the following recommendaitons to the BOP...that time served in a Community Treatment Center and that the deft. shall undergo counseling while incarcerated...If the BOP can not accomodate this, then the Court recommends the deft. to participate in a Shock Program...The deft. shall surrender to US Marshal on 10/14/98 at 9:00am...Upon release from prison, the deft. shall be on supervised release for a term of 3 years...the deft. shall report to the probation office in the district to which the deft. is released within 72 hours of release from custody of the BOP...the deft. shall not commit another federal, state or local crime and shall not illegally possess a controlled substance...and not possess a firearm...with special conditions of supervision...the deft. is prohibited from possessing a firearm or other dangerous weapon; deft. is to pay the balance of the restitution according to a court ordered repayment schedule; the deft. is prohibited from incurring new charges or opening additional lines of credit without the approval of the probation officer unless the deft. is in compliance with the payment schedule; the deft. is to provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information; deft. is to participate in a mental health program as directed by the USPO... all standard conditions of supervision apply...deft. shall pay a special assessment of $2,900.00 and restitution in the amount of $119,666.97...
