ENDORSED ORDER on its face by Judge Richard Mills granting stipulation [14-1]. The terms of the settlement are as follows: A) $13,640.00 of US Currency is forfeited to the United States of America. B) That the US Marshal's Service is to be ordered by the Court to dispose of the forfeited currency in accorance with law. C) That the United States stipulates and agrees to release and return the sum of $5,000.00 of the defendant currency to the claimant Thomas Trainor. The US Marshal's Service shall issue a check to Thomas Trainor and his attorney, Morris D. Berman, Esq., Giesen & Berman, S.C., 306 East Wilson Street, P.O. Box 909, Madison, WI 53701. D) The US Attorney for the Northern District of Florida, Gainesville, Division, agrees not to pursue forfeiture proceedings with regard to the said $5,000.00 in US Currency which is to be released and returned to the claimant and his attorneys. That upon entry of the Court's order incorporating the stipulation, that the Complaint for forfeiture shall be dismissed with prejudice. CASE CLOSED. (cc: all counsel). (GU, ilcd)
