ORDER FOR PROVISIONAL REMEDY WITHOUT NOTICE - REPLEVIN by Judge Paul G. Rosenblatt granting motion for issuance of provisional remedy without notice (relevin) by pla [3-1]. That the United States Marshal for Arizona, be and they hereby are ordered, upon the filing by pla with the Marshal a Bond on Replevin in the penal sum of $3,059,698 (or more), to take possession of the equipment described in the underlying contracts, a copy of which descriptions are attached hereto as Schedule A and Schedule B; and to hold that property pending further order of this Court, unless within two days after the taking, the Marshall receives a redelivery bond properly executed by the dfts and payable to pla in an amount not less than $3,059,698, and that said Marshal make due return of this Order showing how and when he executed the same. ORDER SETTING RULE 16 CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE by Judge David G. Campbell ; prel scheduling conf set for 1:00 10/28/03 The parties shall provide initial disclosures in the form and on the schedule required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(1). The parties shall file with the Clerk a Notice of Initial Disclosure; copies of the actual disclosure need not be filed. The parties are directed to meet and confer at least 10 days before the Case Management Conference and shall develop a joint Case Management Report which contains the that information requested within this Order. The parties shall jointly file the Case Management Report with the Clerk not less than seven days before the Case Management Conference. It is the responsibility of pla(s) to initiate the Rule 26(f) Meeting and preparation of the joint Case Management Report. The Court directs counsel to Rule 16 of the Fed.R.Civ.P. for the objectives of the Case Management Conference. Counsel for all parties are expected to comply fully with the Fed.R.Civ.P. and Local Rules and to minimize the expense of discovery.
