CONSENT JUDGMENT for Broadcast Music, Inc, Jondora Music, Universal-Songs Inc., Night Garden Music, Abkco Music, Inc., Blues Traveler Pub., Interior Music Corp., Warner-Tamerlane Pub, Oakfield Ave. Music against Wow Enterprises, Inc, Gregory Cahill that within five (5) business days from the entry of this consent judgment, defts Wow enterprises, Inc. and Gregory Cahill shall execute a License Agreement, in the form of exhibit A hereto with respect to the public performance of musical compositions within the BMI repertoire at the premises of Whitllow's on Wilson, located at 2854 Wilson Blvd. Arlingotn, VA 22201. Simultaneously with the execution of said License Agreement, defts shall present a certified check, bank check or money order payable to BMI in the amount of $2,633.10. All parties waive their right to appeal or otherwise contest this consent judgment, and this judgment may be entered without further notice to any party.
