ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Upon consideration of the parties 31 Joint Stipulation for Dismissal, which comports with FRCP 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), this action has been dismissed with prejudice by operation of Rule 41 on the terms agreed to and set out by the parties, each party to bear its own costs. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to close this case and return to Plaintiffs counsel the funds deposited pursuant to the courts 9/21/2016 Order (Doc. 18 ), plus ninety percent of the interest earned to date. Reg. 56356-01 (Nov. 4, 1991), and directions received from the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts on 2/7/1992, the Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to pay into the U.S. Treasury an amount equal to ten percent of the earned interest as a fee for handling and funds.
