DEFENDANTS’ STATUS REPORT
Defendants Wembley, Inc., Wembley USA, Inc. and Robert Ty Howard, by and through their attorneys, Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., pursuant to the Court’s Order dated May 19, 2005, provide the following status report.
l. The criminal trial of potential deponent Dan Bucci has been moved from the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island to Worcester, Massachusetts. Jury selection is scheduled to begin on July 12, 2005.
2. The previous trial against potential deponent Bucci and co-defendant Nigel Potter lasted three weeks. The jury deliberated for five days before returning five not-guilty verdicts. The jury was unable to reach verdicts on twenty other counts.
3. Pursuant to its Order dated May 19, 2005, the Court has granted Defendants leave
