The following constitutes Plaintiff's Case Status Report as requested by this Court:
Since the last case status report, submitted on June 17, 2005, Plaintiff has learned that a jury has been selected to serve in the Lincoln Park conspiracy-bribery trial in which Mr. Daniel Bucci is a defendant. Today was the opening day of trial.
Plaintiff also submitted a Motion To Amend The Order pertaining to the subpoena issued to Daniel Bucci. In her Motion, Plaintiff requests that she be allowed to depose Mr. Bucci so that Plaintiffs civil action may proceed. Plaintiff believes that it will be necessary for her to depose Daniel Bucci and intends to move forward with such deposition.
