CASE STATUS REPORT
The following constitutes Plaintiff's Case Status Report as requested by this Court:
On October 4, 2005, Plaintiff informed Defendants that she intends to depose Mr. Daniel Bucci on November 16, 2005 commencing at 9:00 am. Plaintiff has since sent a Subpoena to a process server in order that the Subpoena be served upon Mr. Bucci. As of the date of this Case Status Report and to the best of Plaintiff's knowledge, Mr. Bucci has yet to be served with the Subpoena. Nevertheless, Plaintiff anticipates filing a Notice of Deposition soon, indicating that the video deposition of Mr. Bucci will take place on November 16, 2005 commencing at 9:00 am at 123 Dyer Street, Providence, RI 02903.
