MOTION TO WITHDRAW
Elizabeth R. Rita (“Attorney”) of the firm of Kamlet Shepherd & Reichert, LLP, hereby moves the Court for permission to withdraw as counsel for Defendant Jeffrey Goergen in his personal capacity, and as grounds therefore states:
1. Attorney is no longer with the firm of Ducker Montgomery & Aronstein, P.C., who represent Defendant Jeffrey Goergen in this case. Attorney is currently with the firm of Kamlet Shepherd & Reichert, LLP, in Denver, Colorado.
2. Pursuant to the Court’s Order entered April 1, 2005, Defendant Jeffrey Goergen has been dismissed with prejudice from this case.
WHEREFORE, Attorney Elizabeth R. Rita respectfully requests the Court to allow her to withdraw from this case as counsel for Defendant Jeffrey Goergen and to be removed from all certificates of service and the ECF system in this matter.
