Plaintiff, Michael Schroeder, through counsel Deisch, Marion & Klaus P.C. hereby submit the
following status report as follows:

Pursuant to the Arbitration Agreement between the parties in the above captioned action, the
parties conducted an arbitration hearing between November 9-11, 2005 before Arbiter, Joseph Bellipanni, of
the Judicial Arbiter’s Group in Denver Colorado. The partes are to submit any post hearing briefs on or before
November 18, 2005 and thereafter the Arbiter will render his findings and award.
2).
Plaintiff will submit further Status Report, Stipulation for Dismissal, or Arbiter’s Award for
Entry of Judgement within ten (10) days of final findings of the Arbiter.
