Michael Schroeder, through counsel Deisch, Marion & Klaus P.C., and Sonic-Englewood M, Inc. and
Sonic-Massey Pontiac Buick GMC, Inc., through counsel Ford & Harrison, P.C., hereby jointly submit the
following Stipulation For Dismissal With Prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) as follows:
1.
That following the arbitration of the above matter the Parties have reached a full and final
settlement and have agreed to the dismissal of all claims and/or counterclaims asserted or which could have
been asserted in this matter with prejudice.
2.
The parties agree and stipulate that Jeffrey B. Klaus of Deisch, Marion & Klaus, P.C. is
authorized to electronically file this Stipulation For Dismissal With Prejudice on behalf of all parties.
3.
Each party agrees to pay its own costs and fees except as otherwise agreed herein.
