ORDER: This matter is before the Court sua sponte. On March 8, 2017, this Court entered Default Judgment against Defendant Kamo Express 24 . Defendant A-1 Freight Systems was terminated as a party on July 7, 2017. On July 26, 2017, Magistrate Judge Hegarty vacated the Final Pretrial Conference that was set for August 31, 2017 26 . As of the date of this Order, there has been no other activity in this case. As a consequence, it is hereby ORDERED that this case is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pursuant to D.C.Colo.LCivR 41.2. ORDER GRANTING DEFAULT JUDGMENT. ORDERED: 1. Defendant/Cross-Claimant A-1's Motion for Entry of Default 21 is DENIED AS MOOT; 2. Plaintiff Sentry's Motion for Default Judgment 22 is GRANTED; 3. The Clerk shall enter default judgment in favor of Plaintiff Sentry and against Defendant Kamo Express in the amount of $46,351.30, with post-judgment interest at the statutory rate until paid; 4. At the conclusion of this case, Sentry shall have its costs from Kamo Express upon compliance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d)(1) and D.C.COLO.LCivR 54.1; and 5. Having received telephone calls from appearing counsel, the Court understands that Sentry and A-1 have reached at least a tentative settlement agreement contingent on this Court entering default judgment against Kamo Express.
