	MINUTE ORDER: In late 2015, former Plaintiff HERMAN BREWER, then the sole remaining named plaintiff representing Plaintiffs' surviving claims, petitioned the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit for interlocutory review of this Court's denial of his motion for class certification. While that petition was pending, Plaintiff BREWER settled and dismissed his individual claims 224 ; and KEITH HARRINGTON, MELANIE THOMPSON, MARIAM RODGERS, and FREDERICK ROBINSON moved to intervene 225 and for an entry of final judgment 231 . In October 2016, the Court struck the latter motions for lack of jurisdiction. On September 19, 2017, the Circuit Court, inter alia, remanded to this Court "to entertain motions to substitute absent class members as named plaintiffs [.]" In re Brewer, 863 F.3d 861, 865 (D.C. Cir. 2017). Plaintiffs have yet to file any such motions. Accordingly, the Court hereby orders Plaintiffs to show cause as to why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiffs must file their response no later than February 15, 2019. SO ORDERED by Judge Barbara Jacobs Rothstein on 2/8/19. (kk)
