1. Plaintiffs will respond to defendant’s dispositive motion, to be filed and served on or before February 28, 2007, within 30 days after service, on or before March 30, 2007.
2. Plaintiffs and defendant jointly request that the Court hold Plaintiffs’ Motion for a Vaughn Index or in the Alternative for In Camera Inspection in abeyance, pending defendant's filing and service of its dispositive motion and until plaintiffs further advise the Court whether they wish to pursue that motion.
