Reynolds Tobacco Company (individually and as successor by merger to the Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation, the American Tobacco Company, and Lorillard Tobacco Company), and Lorillard Tobacco Company in the cases listed in Exhibit 1 to this Order are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with each party to bear its own fees, costs, and expenses. 3.This Order does not affect this Court's continuing jurisdiction over the cases listed in Exhibit 1 hereto for the purposes stated in its November 4, 2015 Order Establishing the Federal Engle Fund as a Qualified Settlement Fund (see Doc. 2090, 11) or otherwise affect the Court's continuing jurisdiction over the Federal Engle Settlement Fund, including the distribution of any sums claimed for attorneys' fees and costs, which jurisdiction is expressly retained (see Doc. 2092, 3). 4.The Court further reserves jurisdiction over each of the cases listed in Exhibit 1 hereto for the limited purpose of making further inquiry and addressing the circumstances surrounding the filing and maintenance of each of these cases, including any Rule 11 implications, and for the purposes stated in the Court's November 6, 2015 Order for Disbursement of Settlement Proceeds and for Further Proceedings (see Doc. 2094, 4).5.The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to docket this Order in each of the cases listed in Exhibit 1 hereto, to terminate any deadlines and motions pending in each case, and to close each case.
