	ENDORSED ORDER striking 26 Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Interrogatories and Request for Production based on Defendants' failure to comply with the Undersigned's Discovery Procedures Order 17 . This is the second time the Undersigned has had to strike Defendants' Motion for this reason. As the Undersigned's Discovery Procedures Order clearly states: "No written discovery motions, including motions to compel, for protective order, or related motions for sanctions shall be filed unless specifically authorized by the Court." 17 . Contrary to the Undersigned's Order 25, the Defendants have again filed the same exact unauthorized discovery motion-- adding that this extension of time does not conflict with the deadlines set in Judge Martinez' Order Setting Civil Trial Date and Pretrial Schedule, Requiring Mediation, and Referring Certain Motions to Magistrate Judge 17 . Yet, Defendants' Motion also violates Judge Martinez's Order 17 . In Judge Martinez's Order paragraph 11, it states: "The parties may stipulate to extend the time to answer interrogatories, produce documents, and answer requests for admissions. The parties shall not file with the Court notices or motions memorializing any such stipulation unless the stipulation interferes with the time set for completing discovery, hearing a motion, or trial. Stipulations that would so interfere may be made only with the Court's approval." For the myriad of reasons listed above, the Undersigned strikes Defendants' Motion.
