	ORDER STAYING CASE. On July 11, 2016, Defendant Florida Moving & Storage, Inc. filed a 36 Suggestion of Bankruptcy. On July 18, 2016, the Court ordered Plaintiffs to show cause why this case should not be stayed as to Defendant Florida Moving & Storage, Inc. pursuant to 11 U.S.C. sec. 362. Plaintiffs did not respond. On October 24, 2016, Defendants Amy Branigan and Christopher Traini filed a 46 Notice indicating that the Bankruptcy Court's Final Judgment in the corporate Defendant's bankruptcy case expanded the automatic stay to the Branigan and Traini. The Court ordered Plaintiffs to show cause why the case should not be stayed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. sec. 362. To date, Plaintiffs have not filed a response. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that his action is STAYED AND ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED, and all pending motions are DENIED without prejudice to reinstate upon lifting of the bankruptcy stay.
