Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, the parties shall: (1) file a fully-executed Settlement Agreement for the undersigned's approval pursuant to Lynn's Food, 679 F.2d at 1355, OR (2) file a joint notice consenting to Judge Goodman's jurisdiction to approve the settlement based on the terms read into the record and enter final judgment.
