TEXT ORDER: The Court has received Plaintiffs Central Laborers' Pension Fund, et al.'s Motion for Default Judgment (d/e 7). Plaintiffs' Motion asks that the Court order an accounting of the amount owing from Defendant Willman Construction, Inc. to the Plaintiffs for unpaid contributions for the period January 1, 2001, through July 31, 2004. THEREFORE, the Court hereby orders Defendant Willman Construction, Inc., to appear and produce any and all payroll books and employee records pertinent to this action for the period January 1, 2001, through July 31, 2004, at the law offices of Cavanaugh & O'Hara, 407 East Adams Street, Springfield, Illinois 62705, on January 25, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. The Court reserves ruling on Plaintiffs' Motion for Default Judgment until such an accounting has taken place.
