The defendants were given until March 3, 2006, to file a response to the amended complaint. The plaintiff was given fourteen days to file a response. Instead, the defendants responded to the complaint with a motion for summary judgment. The Local Rules state that a party is given 21 days to respond to a motion for summary judgment.
