MINUTE-ENTRY: by Judge Jeanne E. Scott. The matter is before the Court on a Rule to Show Cause hearing. Plaintiffs were present by their attorney, James Moody. Defendant was not present for the hearing. Proffer of attorney Moody presented demonstrating the failure of Defendant to comply with the requirements of the Judgment Order entered December 22, 2000, concerning a payroll compliance audit of the records at Defendant's place of business. The Court finds that Defendant has failed to abide by the Judgment Order by failing to make available for audit the records called for in the Judgment. Defendant is directed to make said records available for review at his place of business at 10:00 a.m. on September 6, 2001. If Defendant fails to comply, he may be subject to the contempt powers of the Court. The Court continues the matter for Plaintiffs to submit a proposed written order in accordance with the Court's oral rulings made of record. (cc: all counsel) (AJ, ilcd)
