Ordinarily, the Court would strike such non-compliant pleadings and direct that they be resubmitted in the proper format. However, due to the fact that the Court did not scrutinize the pleadings when initially filed to determine their non-compliance and the fact that Defendants have already undertaken the effort to respond to the non-compliant pleadings in a compliant manner, as well as the voluminous nature of the briefs of record in this case, the Court will allow the non-compliant filings to stand.
