MINUTE entry before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood: Motion hearing held. For the reasons stated on the record, Plaintiffs motion to compel 32 is granted. Defendant shall provide the requested information for the six named plaintiffs as well as for a sampling of other employees. The sampling will be selected by the following method: Plaintiffs will identify three months (which may be non-consecutive) for which they will obtain contracts and work records for all roofing jobs performed by Defendant during those months and time and pay records for all employees who worked on those jobs. Defendants shall produce the requested documents by 9/24/2015. Plaintiffs and Defendant may agree on additional periods of time or employees to be sampled. If Plaintiffs determine that records for additional time periods or employees are necessary but Defendant does not agree, either party may seek further relief from the Court. Also as stated on the record, Defendants motion to compel 35 is granted as to Plaintiffs' initial disclosure regarding their computation of damages and Plaintiffs' responses to Interrogatory Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18; it is denied as moot with respect to Plaintiff's responses to Interrogatory Nos. 2, 3, 20, and 21; and denied as to Plaintiff's responses to Interrogatory No. 12 and Request for Production No. 34. By 9/24/2015, Plaintiffs shall serve supplemental interrogatory responses and initial disclosures reflecting the most complete information currently known to them. Plaintiff shall supplement their responses and disclosures as additional information becomes known over the course of discovery, consistent with the requirements of Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(e).
