MINUTE entry before the Honorable M. David Weisman: Magistrate Judge Status/Motion hearing held. The parties have confirmed a settlement conference set for 11/10/16 at 11:00 a.m. Rule 26 (a) disclosures shall be exchanged by 10/21/16. Plaintiffs are directed to correspond with defendant to identify interrogatories and requests to produce that are essential for effective settlement discussions. Plaintiffs are to contact STARS Family Services and to request a representative from STARS Family Services be present for the settlement conference. Plaintiff's settlement letter shall be delivered to Defendant, with a copy delivered to the Court, in chambers, on or before 10/27/16. Defendant's settlement letter shall be delivered to Plaintiff, with a copy delivered to the Court, in chambers, on or before 11/3/16. The parties can submit their respective documents by email to Proposed_Order_Weisman@ilnd.uscourts.gov. However, please note that settlement letters are not to be filed on the CM-ECF system. For settlement conferences, the Court generally requires all parties to be present, unless unforeseen circumstances occur. The court looks forward to meeting with parties on 11/10/16 for the settlement conference. The Court has reviewed the proposed protective order in this matter. The Court has reviewed the submitted redline version of the Order and has compared that version to the final version, and has noted at least one circumstance where the "final version" does not appropriately track the "redline version" changes. The Court respectfully requests the parties re-review the proposed agreed order and ensure that the "final version" submitted matches those changes reflected on the redline version, and resubmit for further consideration by the Court. Therefore, defendants' unopposed motion for entry of confidentiality order and HIPAA and MHDDCA protective order 19 is entered and continued. Mailed notice (ao,)
