The parties have confirmed a settlement conference set for 11/10/16 at 11:00 a.m. Rule 26 (a) disclosures shall be exchanged by 10/21/16. Plaintiffs are directed to correspond with defendant to identify interrogatories and requests to produce that are essential for effective settlement discussions. Plaintiffs are to contact STARS Family Services and to request a representative from STARS Family Services be present for the settlement conference. Plaintiff's settlement letter shall be delivered to Defendant, with a copy delivered to the Court, in chambers, on or before 10/27/16.
