JUDGMENT: by Judge Michael J. Davis That Gardner, including its officers are hereby enjoined from making, using, selling, and/or offering to sell insect light traps identified currently as WS-50. The terms and effect of this injunction shall not apply to WS-50 units made and sold by Gardner prior to the date of hereof and nothing herein shall preclude Gardner from selling glue boards and light bulbs for use in such WS-50 units. Effective 9/1/03, Garner, including its officers are also hereby enjoined from making, using, selling, and/or offering to sell insect light traps identified currently as WS-75. The terms and effect of this injunction shall not apply to WS-75 units made and sold by Gardner prior to 9/1/03 and nothing herein shall preclude Gardner from selling glue boards and light bulbs for use in such WS-75 units. This Judgment shall finally conclude and dispose of all claims and counterclaims between Ecolab and Gardner and prejudice. The terms of the previous Order, dated 4/9/03, if any, which are inconsistent with the terms of this Judgment are hereby vacated and the remaining terms are hereby incorporated by reference.
