	MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Plaintiff's 3 request to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.c. ?? 1915 is granted. For the reasons set forth below, plaintiff's requests for the 2 appointment of pro bono counsel and a 4 preliminary junction are denied. Plaintiff's Bivens, RICO, Title 42, and state law claims are dismissed. Plaintiff is granted 30 days leave to submit an amended complaint as to his FHA claim. No summons shall issue at this time and all further proceedings shall be stayed for 30 days. If plaintiff fails to amend his complaint within 30 days as directed by this Order, the Court shall dismiss this complaint, and judgment shall enter. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ?? 1915 (a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
