ORDER OF DISMISSAL: For the reasons stated on the record at the October 25, 2013 conference, the Court approves the parties' proposed settlement of the FLSA claims at issue here. The Court having been advised that all other claims have also settled, it is ORDERED that the above-entitled action be and is hereby dismissed and discontinued without costs, and without prejudice to the right to reopen the action within thirty (30) days if the settlement is not consummated.
