ORDER On March 24, 2016, the parties appeared for a conference on third-party defendant OnForce Solar, Inc.'s application to move for severance of this action. For the reasons stated on the record, and because all parties either consent or do not oppose severance, this Court severs Defendants' third-party claim against OnForce Solar, Inc. pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 21. The Clerk of Court is directed to open a new civil action, waive the filing fee, and docket ECF Nos. 12-50 in that action.
