ORDER as to (16-Cr-750-07) 490065C. On September 6, 2017, the defendant was found in violation of her pre-sentence bail conditions, and the Court remanded her to the custody of the U.S. Marshals pending her sentence on September 27, 2017. See Tr. 9/6/17. However, at defendant's request, she was given until noon on September 7, 2017 to surrender. After defendant had failed to appear for her surrender, the Court, at approximately 4:20 pm, issued a bench warrant for her arrest. Thereafter, however, at some time after 5:00 pm, the defendant did in fact self-surrender. Accordingly, the bench warrant is hereby vacated, and defendant, on the consent of both parties, will not be charged with failure to appear. The defendant will continue to be remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals pending her sentence. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Jed S. Rakoff on 9/8/2017)(bw)
