FINAL ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: 1. The form of Local Television Station Blanket License (and annexed exhibits), appended hereto as Exhibit 1, the form of Local Television Station Per Program License (and annexed exhibits), appended hereto as Exhibit 2, and the form of Local Television Station Adjustable-Fee Blanket License (and annexed exhibits), appended hereto as Exhibit 3, are the forms of such licenses agreed to by the parties (the "Licenses"). 2. BMI shall provide a copy of this Final Order, as well as notice that the Licenses are available on BMI's website (www.bmi.com), to each Applicant or other local television station owner that has agreed to be bound by the outcome of this proceeding or negotiation on behalf of Applicants by the TMLC (collectively, "Bound Stations"), so that the Final Order and notice shall be received by the Bound Stations no later than December 31, 2014. 3. All prior interim license fees and terms for the period 2005 through 2012 are deemed final. 4. Jurisdiction of this proceeding is retained for the purpose of: a. Enforcing this Final Order; b. Enforcing the terms, conditions, and obligations of the Licenses, including but not limited to entering money judgments for amounts owed by or to a designated Bound Stations under the terms of the Licenses; and c.
