TEXT ORDER: In accordance with yesterday's conference, the parties are encouraged to confer again in an effort to narrow the pending discovery dispute concerning plaintiffs' subpoena of the Gordon Feinblatt documents, and shall submit a proposed briefing schedule for plaintiffs' motion to compel the subpoenaed documents. Non-party Gordon Feinblatt's response to that motion shall include the withheld documents for my in camera review and a written explanation of the applicability of the asserted privilege to each document or category of documents. For the reasons stated on the record, my initial leaning would be to permit both parties some flexibility to exceed the 25-interrogatory limitation. However, that is not a formal ruling, and the parties may file a motion on this issue, if necessary. At this time, the October 31, 2019 fact discovery deadline (Amended Case Management Order 125 , paragraph 1) remains in effect, but I would be amenable to adjusting that deadline at the request of the parties because of the pending discovery disputes.
