TEXT ORDER - Plaintiff's filings show repeated failure to adhere to this district's Electronic Case Filing Administrative Policies and Procedures. The docket is replete with corrections and refilings. At least three notices have been issued by the clerk with respect to the filing of Plaintiff's complaint. Some directions have had to be repeated, too. Several other notices have been made necessary to address plaintiff's counsel appearance issues, as well as issue concerning plaintiff's financial disclosure statement. This case is commanding excessive time and attention of the case manager because of counsel's failure to follow electronic policies and procedures, as well the court's local civil rules.
