	ORDER by Judge Anna J. Brown. Having reviewed Plaintiffs' Motion [251] to Reconsider Ruling re Advice of Counsel, the Court concludes a response from Defendant is not necessary. Plaintiffs correctly note they and the Court were not aware Defendant was in the process of seeking transfer of this case to an MDL Panel at the time the Court last reconsidered and then granted Defendant leave to file an advice-of-counsel affirmative defense in this case. The Court, therefore, has considered this additional fact but, nonetheless, concludes this fact does not change the ultimate balance in favor of granting Defendant leave to rely on its advice-of-counsel defense. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs' Motion to the extent they seek reconsideration in light of this additional fact, and, having so reconsidered, the Court ADHERES to its last ruling permitting Defendant to assert this defense.
