ORDER - by Judge Yvette Kane: IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. Pur. to Local Rule 83.3.1(a), jgm. be entered in favor of plf., Verdelli Farms, Inc. and against deft., Valley View Product Company, Inc. 2. Monetary relief is awarded to plf. in the amt. of $15,464.11 plus interest from the respective due dates of the various invoices at the statutory rate set forth in 11 USC 1961. 3. A statutory trust pur. to the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 1930, 7 USC 499a, et seq. is impressed for plf.'s benefit and against deft. and its assets in all inventories of food and other products derived from the commodities which are the subject of this action, in all accounts receivable and proceeds from the sale of such commodities by deft. 4. Deft. is enjoined from transferring or otherwise disposing of any property subject to the PACA trust for the benefit of plf. until plf. has been paid in full all amts. awarded herein. 5. Plf.'s mtn. for jgm. on the pleadings and plf.'s mtn. for entry of order deeming mtn. for jgm. on the pleadings to be unopposed are denied as moot. 6. The Clerk of Crt. shall close the file.
