TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff recently moved to reopen this case because the Government had not yet consummated the parties' negotiated settlement. (Dkt. No. 20). The Government responded to this motion by advising the Court that the necessary settlement approval within the Department of Justice was recently obtained and requesting 60 additional days to consummate the settlement.
