------------------------------------------------------------------X DAVID S. BRALOW, an attorney duly admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, hereby affirms the following to be true under penalty of perjury: 1.
I am Of Counsel at Pepper Hamilton, LLP, attorneys for Newsweek LLC and IBT Media, Inc. in the above-captioned matter. I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of New York, as well as the State of Florida and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 2.
I submit this affirmation in support of the application of Eli Segal, Esq. for admission to the bar of the Court pro hac vice.

Mr. Segal is an associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP, practicing at the firm’s office at 3000 Two Logan Square, Eighteenth and Arch Streets, Philadelphia, PA 19103-2799. 4.
As more particularly set forth in the affidavit of Eli Segal, attached hereto as Exhibit A, Mr. Segal is a graduate of Yale Law School and was admitted to practice as an attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey in 2007. He joined Pepper Hamilton LLP as an associate in 2008.

Mr. Segal is currently an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. See Exhibit A. No disciplinary charges or 1 of 2

complaints have ever been filed against him. Id. Mr. Segal has never taken the New York State bar examination. Id.

Mr. Segal has previously been admitted pro hac vice by the New York State Supreme Court, County of Ontario and by the New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department, in Ahlers v. Ecovation et al., Supreme Court Docket No. 08-101573 and Appellate Division Docket No. CA 17-00002. Id.

Mr. Segal is familiar with, and intends to comply with the standards of professional conduct imposed upon members of the New York bar, including the rules of court governing the conduct of attorneys and the Rules of the Professional Conduct. Id. 8.
Defendants Newsweek LLC and IBT Media. Inc. request that Mr. Segal be admitted pro hac vice so that he may assist in the defense of this action. 9.
Plaintiff has consented to this motion.
WHEREFORE, Defendants respectfully request that the Court grant Defendants Newsweek LLC and IBT Media Inc.’s application for the admission of Eli Segal pro hac vice in this action.
