	MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Just as it did earlier, the Court concludes that Plaintiff has failed to identify evidence that presents a jury question on whether Defendant Mack Mechanical is (or was) an "employer" under the ADA. 	ORDER: On September 27, 2016, the Court entered an order giving Plaintiff time to obtain new counsel and holding this case in abeyance as a result of the Tennessee Supreme Courts suspension of Plaintiffs attorney, Andy Allman. See Docket No. 30. The Court inadvertently overlooked that Plaintiff already has co-counsel of record, R. Patrick Parker. See Docket No. 17 . Therefore, pursuant to Local Rule 83.01(f.7), Mr. Parker shall continue as Plaintiff's counsel of record. The abeyance previously imposed in this case is lifted.
