ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO APPOINT AN UMPIRE: ON THIS DAY came to be considered the parties Joint Motion to Appoint an Umpire (doc. 18 ). The Court, having considered the parties request, concludes that the motion is well taken and should be and hereby is GRANTED. The Court hereby appoints retired Judge Bob McGrath as umpire for the appraisal in this matter. Accordingly, the parties shall advise the umpire of the Courts appointment and provide to the umpire the full contact information for their selected appraisers and any other information required by the umpire.
