ORDER granting 26 Emergency Motion for Protective Order, Ordering Production of Statements and Extending Deadline for Joinder of Parties - The Motion for Protective Order is granted and the deposition notice and deposition set for 6/24/11 is quashed. Dft shall provide to Pltfs on or before 7/7/11 a statement confirming the identity of the managers of the funds listed in Pltfs' First Amended Complaint on the date listed in the First Amended Complaint. Additionally, on or before 7/7/11, Dft shall provide to Ptlfs documents indicating the assets of each of the funds listed in the First Amended Complaint on each of the dates listed in the First Amended Complaint. The deadline for joinder of parties was originally set at 7/5/11, which is before the 7/6/11 deadline for Dft's response to Pltf's written discovery. Consequently, an extension of the joinder deadline is warranted. Accordingly, the deadline for joinder of parties is extended to 7/12/11.
