No. 08-367C (Judge Sweeney) JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Order issued by the Court on August 1, 2008, plaintiff and defendant respectfully submit the following joint status report:
In the August 1, 2008 Order, the Court directed the parties to advise the Court how they wish to proceed in this case, and, in particular, whether the parties believe that these proceedings should be stayed pending the outcomes of Hamilton v. United States, No. 06-680C, and Stocum v. United States, No. 07-03C.
Counsel for the parties have conferred concerning this matter, and they agree that these proceedings should be stayed pending the outcomes of Hamilton and Stocum.
