These cases will be coordinated for pretrial purposes using case no. 07-1549 as the master docket. The parties should familiarize themselves with the CM/ECF upgrades. The parties agree to a stay of discovery pending the courts decision on the motion to dismiss. Jeff Thomas shall act as liaison counsel for plaintiff and Christopher Wells, Andrew Clubok and Brant Bishop will act as liaison counsel for Underwriter defendants.
