McDade Pursuant to the mandate of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals issued on 4/15/98, it is ordered that case no. 96-1515 is dismissed with prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and the Court finds in favor of Norfolk Southern Railway Co and Norfolk and Western Railway Co and against the Union on all counts of the Railroad's Complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief in 96-1524.
