MINUTE ORDER. It has come to the Court's attention that the order advising the plaintiff of his obligation to respond to the defendants' motions to dismiss in this case and in case number 14-487 was incorrectly docketed in Enning v. Hilton Worldwide, Inc., case number 14-428. Although the plaintiff would have received that order since it was erroneously docketed in another one of the plaintiff's cases before this Court, in an abundance of caution, the Court will permit the plaintiff two additional weeks to respond to the defendants' motions to dismiss in this case and in case number 14-487. To be clear, the Court refers the plaintiff to its April 1, 2014 order (ECF No. 7), and advises him that he must respond to the motions to dismiss filed in this case (ECF Nos. 4 and 5) and the motion to dismiss filed in case number 14-487 (ECF No. 5 in case number 14-487), which is consolidated with this case, on or before May 14, 2014 by either filing a memorandum in opposition to the motions or by filing a request for an extension of time to respond to the motions. If the plaintiff does not respond by May 14, 2014, the Court may treat the defendants' motions to dismiss as conceded and summarily dismiss the plaintiff's complaints. Signed by Judge Reggie B.
