The court turns to the parties' 11 Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order Submitted in Compliance with LR26-1(e) Special Scheduling Review Requested and APPROVES the discovery deadlines set forth in the proposed order. The court will execute the Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order forthwith. The court advises the parties that by approving the parties' Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order does not reflect the court is making any suggestion or opinion whether there should or should not be class certification nor does the deadline for Plaintiff's motion for class certification (Doc. # 31 , ¶ I) preclude District Judge Hicks from revising the deadline if deemed appropriate.
