Pursuant to that conference, it is hereby ordered that: (1) the parties related to the direct-purchaser cases shall file a new, corrected Case Management Order, [ECF No. 5], that corrects the date for filing a consolidated amended complaint to 5/4/2015 instead of the 2/27/2014 date that currently appears in the order; (2) in the event that counsel for end-payors cannot agree to case organization and management, such counsel must file their respective Rule 23(g) motions by 2/24/2015, with any responses filed by 3/3/2015; (3) both end-payor and direct-purchaser plaintiffs have until 5/4/2015 to file consolidated amended complaints; (4) Defendants have until 7/3/2015 in which to answer or otherwise plead to the consolidated complaints; (5) if Defendants file a motion to dismiss, the motion must be filed by 7/3/2015 and the brief supporting the motion will be a consolidated brief of not more than 60 pages, with Plaintiffs' response of no more than 60 pages due by 8/14/2015, and Defendants' reply of no more than 25 pages due 9/11/2015; (6) the parties have until 3/26/2015 to exchange Rule 26(a)(1)(A) initial disclosures, with all other disclosures due within 10 day of the Court's ruling on any motion to dismiss; (7) the parties shall submit a proposed protective order by 2/24/2015; (8) the parties will file joint or competing ESI protocols by 4/24/2015; (9) after the Court enters the parties' protective order, Defendants will produce un-redacted copies of the various settlement agreements and litigation documents noted in the joint agenda at item 6, [ECF No. 21], on or before 3/19/2015; (10) the parties will meet and confer within 10 days of the Court ruling on any motion to dismiss regarding a discovery plan to present to the Court; and (11) the parties will request a Rule 16 conference within 10 days of the Court's ruling on any motion to dismiss and will also file a Rule 26(f) report seven days in advance of that conference.
